Five suspects were arrested throughout La Mirada for various warrants and narcotics violations. One suspect was arrested for grand theft auto. One suspect was arrested for shoplifting. One suspect was arrested for vandalism.
Robbery
A robbery occurred on the 15000 block of Alondra Blvd. This incident is still under investigation.
Aggravated Assault
An assault occurred on the 14800 block of Biola Ave.
Other Structure Burglary
A burglary was reported on the 13300 block of Beach Blvd.
Vehicle Burglary
A window smash vehicle burglary occurred on the 15800 block of Imperial Hwy. A vehicle burglary was reported on the 14200 block of Firestone Blvd.
Grand Theft Auto
A SUV was stolen on the 13300 block of Beach Blvd. A pickup truck was reported stolen on the 14400 block of Stanton Ave. A SUV was stolen on the 14700 block of Firestone Blvd. A forklift was reported stolen on the 14300 block of Firestone Blvd.

– Police activity, Tedford Avenue/Valley View area. A containment area was set up temporarily as deputies searched for a suspect for an unknown crime. The La Mirada Public Safety Team will conduct periodic checks of your home, looking for any signs of suspicious activity such as open doors, broken windows, or anything out of the ordinary.
