“We invite the community to come to the breakfast and support the SKILLS Foundation as we work to raise money for enrichment, academic and prevention programs for local youth,” said Sue Dean, SKILLS Foundation Board President.

In November, the SKILLS Foundation is holding a membership drive. Becoming a member helps SKILLS support programs for young people such as “Club Dexter,” an after school program; and “Friday Forum,” a monthly enrichment dance.  Members also receive updates of all the programs that SKILLS coordinates and the difference they are making in the community.

Another way to show support for a drug-free community is to donate a prize for the breakfast.  For more information about prizes or personal commitment contact SKILLS at (562) 325-5620.
