She also volunteered for many years at the La Mirada Hospital for the maternity ward setting up and giving the maternity teas and in the hospital’s gift shop. Vivian’s philosopy, “If you can bring cheer to someone by lending a helping hand, it makes a better world for you and that person. What a blessing it is to help somebody.”

Vivian was a truly selfless and giving woman who will be greatly missed. The family is thankful for all your loving thoughts, memories, and prayers. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial gifts to the American Heart or Diabetes Associations. The service will be held Tuesday September 2nd at Rose Hills in the Memorial Chapel at 1pm.
