Area residents also can help Ebell by "Dining to Donate" on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at Applebee's Restaurant, 1238 W. Imperial Hwy., La Habra. All members have flyers which, when presented to wait staff, tell management to give 15% of that check to Ebell. Flyers also will be honored at the "car-side-to-go" pick-up area.

 

Also scheduled are two bus trips to Pechanga Resort and Casino, the first being Friday, Nov. 4. The bus will leave from the La Mirada Senior Center shortly after 8 a.m.; returning approximately 6 p.m. Fee is $20.00 per person. Games will be played aboard the bus.

La Mirada Ebell also will host a Fashion Show Saturday, April 14 at the La Mirada Country Club. Men's, women's and children's clothing will be featured during the lunch-time event. More details to come.
