“Many parent-child activities will be available encouraging families to get out and get active,” said club director Stephanie De La Torre.
Dulles K-Kids is a school campus group of students that serve their school, peers, & community. These students have a heart, are innovative thinkers and are confident and dedicated.
De La Torre said, “These students give up their lunch periods to prepare for upcoming events and service projects.”

- Philanthropy & Campaigning Conference: Guest speakers: L.A. Supervisor 1st District Candidate April Saucedo-Hood and Pastor Dicky Velasquez, Olive Branch Calvary Chapel.
- Rayito Orphanage in Mexico, international service project: K-Kids donated bags and bags of their old clothes.
- Hosted/MC'ed the Dulles PTAs FOUNDERS DAY: K-Kids greeted parents, engaged audience of parents and honorees with jokes, history of the PTA and announcing honorees.
- Participated in the Derby Duck Race at Splash in La Mirada: hosted their own booth, craft & raffle. Raised over $200 for Lupus Foundation
- Held 1st Annual K-Kids Forum: Covering topics of Social Media Awareness, Communications & Community Service Events: Guest speakers: Amanda Carson, Community Services; Officer Mary Cipes, Public Safety; Deputy Elton Simmons, Traffic Division from the City of La Mirada. K-Kids handle the MC duties, engaging the audience of their 4th & 5th grade peers with skits, jokes & visual media and inspiring their fellow students to get involved and make a difference.K-Kids made the phone calls and invited the speakers themselves.
