Phantom Projects was created in 1996 by Steve Cisneros when we was just 17 years old. Teaming up with his former High School Teacher Bruce Gevirtzman, the troupe annually reaches thousands of at-risk teens through live theatrical performances at their home base, the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, as well as at dozens of elementary, middle and high schools throughout Southern California.
